Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery, except where applicable law provides a longer period. Customers in the European Union and European Economic Area may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery. Statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Discounted items, including orders placed with WELCOME26, are eligible under the same return terms. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, rooeerooee will cover the return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item claims, please provide clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label, together with a continuous, unedited unboxing video. Evidence must be authentic and must not be edited, altered, or fabricated. Fraudulent or manipulated submissions may be rejected. These evidence requirements do not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

To request a return, email info@rooeerooee.com with your order number before sending any item. For eligible returns, we will email you a return address and shipping instructions. Our business contact address is not a designated return address.

After your return is approved and you receive a valid return address and instructions, dispatch the item within 7 calendar days, unless applicable law provides a longer period or different requirements. This is a dispatch deadline, not an arrival deadline. After dispatch, email us your order number, carrier name, and tracking number, and keep your proof of postage.
